Visit to the doctor..
Had my checkup at KK Hospital in the morning...my appointment was suppose to be at 1120am...but as everyone knows...its never on time..I only manage to see the gynae at 1pm...and I heard the nurse said...they over-booked...oh well on the brighter side...I get to see my baby...we had a scan...she's definitely growing....and enjoying her space in my tummy...the gynae said she fine and healthy thou still on the bigger side...at 36th wk she's already 3.1kg...the gynae has given the green light to pack my bag and get ready...my checkups will be on weekly basis now...and we have yet to book my bed...hehehehe...slack slalu...still contiplating on whether to have the premium or classic package...we'll see how it goes...at the moment I'm just waiting for the sign and hopefully its not gonna be that long...hmmmm thou I've yet to settle many things that I've planned to do before labour strikes...like1)getting the baby's mattress/stroller/napkins
2)moving to the new house
3)going dinner with the colleagues and cousins before my delivery
4)sending my baju raya
5)packing the bag
6)booking the hospital bed
7)booking the tukang urut
8)applying my maternity leave......
and the list goes on and on....horrible...better settle most of the important stuff by nxt week...its a must...
@ 36th weeks
You and your body
You will be able to feel the top of your uterus just below your breastbone. This can make breathing uncomfortable and you may suffer from pain in your ribcage. Your ante-natal checks will be weekly from now on.
Your growing baby
The nervous system is maturing and the fetus is getting ready for birth by starting to practise breathing movement, sucking, and swallowing. It is now 46cm /18inch in lenght and weighs around 2.5kg / 51/2 lb.
